A note from the Staff

We will prepare breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 course evening meal for you 6 out of your 7 day stay. We are sure you will agree that we work hard enough to sneak in one day off!) We will leave out continental breakfast and pop a cake in the fridge on our day off, and of course we will advise you on the best choice of restaurants and make your bookings for you.

On your first evening, whilst you enjoy Champagne and Canapés, we will chat with you about the Chalet, La Tania and your stay with us.  We want to make sure that the week is tailored to you and your needs.

We both come from long-standing careers in hospitality and take huge pride in what we do.  Due to this, unlike many Chalet Holidays, you’ll find we offer Restaurant standard food, wine and service. We are flexible on meal times and any particular dietary requirements but request that you let us know in advance; some produce is hard to find and a little pre-planning means we can get the shopping right!  With regards to drinks  we have selected some fabulous wines for you to drink throughout dinner, however should you prefer something a little more special please let us know and we can source and purchase on your behalf for no more than the cost price.  Outside of dinnertime we operate an honesty bar again, if there is anything in particular you would like us to stock please let us know in advance so we can buy it in.

Last but not least, why not let us help take some of the pressure off organizing all those extra bits and bobs?  We have strong local knowledge and relationships and can help and book ski school, private lessons, ski equipment hire and lift passes.
