Chalet Dame Blanch is perfectly situated for those seeking quick and easy access to the slopes and all La Tania s local amenities. She is a mere stones throw away from the Moretta Blanche home run and only a five minute stroll from the village centre, which is ideal for browsing, shopping and Apres. Due to being positioned in a quiet and secluded area the Chalet is ideal for adult groups and families.
With her traditional timber Chocolate Box design Dame Blanche manages to effortlessly blend Savoyard and modern styles with her high sweeping ceilings, exposed dark wood beams, breathtaking mountain scenery and an out-door Jacuzzi hot tub to relax your tired limbs at the end of the day. The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area has a spacious yet intimate feel and boasts a balcony stretching around the entire chalet offering overwhelming panoramic views, a central floor to ceiling log fire, Freeview Sky TV/video, CD player and Nintendo Wii.
Dame Blanche is looked after and run by Gemma & Chris. They fell in love with the mountains during their stay in a catered chalet. They were totally seduced by the tremendous atmosphere, the exhilarating and energetic experience coupled with the luxury of being well looked after and their individual needs being met. They decided to leave their catering careers in London and Edinburgh behind and embark upon Alpine life, working in Chalets. We found them when on holiday in Austria and are very excited that they accepted our offer of taking over and running Dame Blanche.
